Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB to IV)
  • Your cancer type must be squamous or non-squamous, and EGFR/ALK/ROS1 gene changes must be negative
  • You received first-line immunotherapy (single or combined), and your overall health is very good (ECOG 0–1)
  • You can provide a tumor sample for testing (or you may join without one, if allowed by the study team)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be followed on scans (unless you had complete response after treatment)
