Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 55 years old
  • Be able to run for 30 minutes at a moderate-to-hard pace without stopping
  • Have no history or warning signs of heart or blood-sugar/metabolic problems
  • Exercise at least 3 days per week at a moderate or harder level
  • Have no eyesight or hearing problems that would stop you from seeing/hearing video clips
  • Not be allergic to the ingredients in a Boost drink
