Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and agree to sign an informed consent form
- Have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that was confirmed by biopsy or a cell test
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot doctors can track with scans
- Be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Not be on current or very recent cancer treatment, and be mostly recovered from any prior treatment side effects
- Have adequate blood/organ function based on recent blood tests and meet pregnancy prevention rules (including a negative pregnancy test if applicable)
