  • Be able to sign written consent to join the study
  • Be between 40 and 75 years old
  • Have not had a colonoscopy or body scans (abdominal MRI/CT, low-dose CT, or chest CT) in the past 5 years
  • Be able to give blood samples for the study blood test
  • No recent infection or inflammation in the last 14 days
