- You are age 16 or older and you have a known or suspected solid (non-blood) cancer
- You are planning to have a procedure such as surgery, biopsy, fluid sampling (aspirate), or TURBT
- You are willing to donate a small extra piece of fresh tumor tissue for research after it’s no longer needed for diagnosis
- You are willing to donate a 9 ml blood sample
- You can sign a consent form that explains the study
