- You are being evaluated with EUS-guided biopsy (EUS-FNB) for suspected pancreatic cancer that is not removable or has spread
- Biopsy samples from that EUS procedure are available for study
- Your biopsy results show pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (the specific pancreatic cancer type)
- Your doctor says you can safely receive chemotherapy
- You agree to be followed at the study’s high-volume pancreatic centers
- You are older than 18 but younger than 80, and you can sign consent
