Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older
- You are scheduled for anterior urethroplasty using a buccal (cheek) graft
- You can legally consent to take part in the study
- You are not currently taking long-term (chronic) opioid pain medicines
- You do not have medical allergies that prevent use of NSAIDs or Tylenol, and you have no allergy to local anesthetic
- You do not have conditions that make surgery unsafe, like certain heart (NYHA Class III/IV) or blood/hematologic problems
