Who can take part
- You’re age 18 to 75
- Your cancer is advanced colorectal cancer, and you have at least one measurable tumor spot seen on a scan within 28 days
- Your expected survival is at least 12 weeks
- Your general energy level is good (ECOG 0–1)
- Your blood, liver, kidney, and heart tests meet the study’s limits (including good blood counts and heart pumping strength)
- If you could become pregnant, you agree to effective birth control during the study and for 7 months after the last dose
