Who can take part
- Born between 25 weeks 0 days and 29 weeks 6 days of pregnancy
- Be under 48 hours old when you start the study’s fat dose
- No serious birth defects (major congenital anomalies)
- Not have a condition at birth that will require surgery before going home
- Not be in a situation where doctors expect comfort-focused care or stopping intensive support within the first 72 hours
