This study compares when to do a common cervical procedure (removing abnormal tissue) during two phases of the menstrual cycle. It aims to see whether timing changes how well the procedure works and how side effects look afterward for people with precancerous cervical changes.

Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old and able to give written consent
- Have regular periods (cycle about 21–35 days) and bleeding 3–10 days in the last 3 months
- Have had a colposcopy before the procedure, and results show CIN changes (CIN 1, 2, or 3)
- Your Pap test suggests abnormal cells, but colposcopy was unclear—so you need surgery to check what’s going on
- Be able to communicate in German well enough to understand the study
- Not be pregnant and not use certain hormone or blood-thinning medications
