Who can take part
- Your cancer must have already had standard first treatment, and it must be metastatic and not removable by surgery, or keep coming back or growing.
- Your tumor tissue must test positive for PSMA and/or CD70 using a lab stain test (immunohistochemistry or flow cytometry).
- You must be between 1 and 75 years old, and weigh at least 10 kg.
- You must have at least 8 weeks of expected life remaining and be able to do study visits/tests (Karnofsky/Jansky score 60% or higher).
- Your body must have enough blood, liver, kidney, and heart function for treatment.
- You must not have had certain treatments recently (including specific antibody or radiation timing rules) and must not have active infections or need strong immune-suppressing medicines.
