Who can take part
- You or your child have a solid tumor that did not respond to standard first-line treatment, has spread, or has come back.
- Tumor tests positive for at least one of two markers: GD2 or PSMA.
- Age between 1 and 75 years and body weight at least 10 kg (about 22 lbs).
- Life expectancy of at least 8 weeks and a performance score of 60% or higher (meaning you are up and about most of the day).
- Adequate heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell counts as determined by blood and heart tests.
- No prior treatment with GD2- or PSMA-specific CAR T-cells and no active serious infections or daily steroids.
