- You are age 45 or older.
- You have never been told you had colorectal cancer or colon polyps.
- No close family member (parent, child, or sibling) had colorectal cancer before age 60.

- You have not had a colonoscopy in the past 5 years and have not had a FIT stool test in the past year.
