- You are age 18 or older
- You are being seen at Massachusetts General Hospital or Boston Medical Center
- You have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer or pancreatic cancer (specifically adenocarcinoma)
- You have not had germline genetic testing before
- You are able and willing to consent, be randomized, and complete the study surveys
- You do not have a history of hereditary pancreatitis
