  • You are age 20 to 80
  • You are unhappy with your bowel function (your score is below 6 out of 10)
  • You have low stool frequency (four or fewer bowel movements per week) and/or hard, lumpy stools most of the time
  • You can read and understand Dutch or English
  • You can provide stool (faecal) samples and follow study instructions
