  • The frozen embryo transfer used one of these uterus preparation methods: natural cycle, modified natural cycle, or artificial cycle
  • Your family took part in the MONART study
  • You and the child’s parent/guardian agree to participate in the study
  • Your child is alive and did not die at or before 24 months of age
