- You have confirmed colon or rectal cancer (proven by biopsy/pathology).
- Your cancer has measurable metastatic spots and they may be potentially removable by a specialist team.
- You are planned to start first-line chemotherapy (with or without targeted medicines like bevacizumab, cetuximab, or panitumumab).
- Your general health is fairly good (ECOG 0–2) and your expected survival is more than 6 months.
- You can have repeated imaging with radiation and have no brain metastases; also, you must not be in another radiation-imaging study.
