Who can take part
- Your melanoma must test positive for HLA-A*02:01 (a specific immune-marker).
- You have non-eye melanoma that is stage III or stage IV and cannot be fully removed with surgery.
- You can provide tumor tissue from a past biopsy or agree to a new biopsy that was not done after radiation to that area.
- Your study doctor must describe your melanoma as measurable or not-measurable by standard imaging rules, and your health status must be good (ECOG 0–1).
- You must be willing to use highly effective birth control if applicable and agree to give required blood/tumor samples for lab testing.
- You must be able to sign informed consent and follow study rules.
