Who can take part

  • You have endometrial cancer that has come back or spread, and you’ve had 1 to 3 prior treatment rounds (including at least one platinum chemotherapy).
  • Your tumor has been tested and confirmed to be MMRd, including an MLH1 methylation change.
  • Your cancer is measurable on scans and is considered not safely curable with surgery and/or radiation (or you can’t tolerate chemotherapy).
  • Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2), and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and organ function are within required ranges (including enough white cells, platelets, and hemoglobin).
  • You can sign consent and agree to study procedures.
