Who can take part

  • You (or your child) have an aggressive brain tumor diagnosis: grade III–IV glioma, or DMG/DIPG when MRI looks typical
  • There is a measurable tumor area that is at least 1 by 1 cm
  • You are between 2 and 20 years old when joining the study
  • You can stay well enough for the study (expected survival more than 8 weeks)
  • You are able to safely complete MRI/PET scan procedures (may not work if imaging isn’t tolerable for you)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can avoid extra sedation/anesthesia beyond standard care
