Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a heart muscle problem called cardiomyopathy (a structural cardiomyopathy).
  • You have a first-degree relative (parent, child, or sibling) who also has cardiomyopathy.
  • You are 80 years old or younger.
  • Your cardiomyopathy cannot be fully explained by other known medical conditions.
  • You do not have peripartum cardiomyopathy (heart muscle weakness that happens around pregnancy).
