Who can take part
- You have urothelial cancer that is locally advanced and cannot be removed or has spread (metastatic), in the bladder, urethra, ureter, or kidney pelvis
- Your cancer must have “PD-1/PD-L1 refractory” disease—meaning it progressed during or after anti–PD-1/PD-L1 treatment, or returned after that treatment (exact timing differs by treatment arm)
- You must be able to provide a tumor tissue sample (old stored tissue or a new needle/biopsy) that can be tested for biomarkers
- Your tumor sample must be from a tumor site that has not been previously treated with radiation
- You should not have had other cancer medicines close to starting (no investigational or systemic anticancer therapy in the last 4 weeks)
