Who can take part

  • You are followed at CHU Clermont-Ferrand in a specific chronic-disease program or study
  • Your condition must be one of these: rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, knee/hip osteoarthritis, major depression, bipolar disorder, type 2 diabetes, obesity, COPD, or chronic pain
  • You have social security coverage
  • You can sign an informed consent form in writing
  • You are able to do some physical activity (not completely unable)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are willing to participate
