  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have confirmed head and neck cancer that has come back, is locally advanced, or has spread (metastatic)
  • Be receiving immunotherapy (treatment that boosts the immune system)
  • Be able to give consent for biological sample collection (blood/tissue)
  • Be able to attend for repeated (“serial”) sample collection over time
