Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have had high-grade early bladder cancer (Ta or T1) without CIS, and it has come back with new papillary tumors seen on cystoscopy
- You are undergoing TURBT surgery, and you will not receive chemo into the bladder during/around the surgery
- Your cancer is considered high risk for coming back
- Your day-to-day function is good enough (ECOG 0–2)
- Your blood and organ tests are strong enough (low hemoglobin/neutrophils/platelets and poor liver/kidney results may disqualify)
