Who can take part
- You have heart disease caused by reduced blood flow (ischemic heart disease)
- You have had a sustained ventricular tachycardia episode (a fast, ongoing abnormal rhythm)
- You have a heart electrical device already (or it’s planned) that can record and store inside-heart electrical signals
- Your heart rhythm problem is not due to non-ischemic cardiomyopathy (not a non–blood-flow-related weakening of the heart muscle)
- Your treatment plan does not require access through the outer surface of the heart (epicardial access)
- You do not have a serious, short-term organ illness likely to prevent repeat mapping around 3 months, and you are not expected to live less than 1 year
