Who can take part
- You have (invasive or non-invasive) breast cancer and have had breast surgery (lumpectomy or mastectomy) with lymph node checking.
- Your cancer stage is low: ypT0-2N0-1 (if you had chemo/other treatment before surgery) or pT0-2N0-1 (if you had surgery first).
- There is no distant spread (no metastasis).
- You have not already had radiation to the same side breast, lymph-drainage areas, or nearby regions.
- You must have acceptable blood work and organ health (kidneys and liver) to safely receive radiation.
- You must be able to attend follow-ups and sign consent; if you could get pregnant, you must use effective birth control.
