Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 40 years old.
- You are pregnant (or will be) from IVF using a fresh embryo transfer (not frozen).
- Your pregnancy is expected to be a singleton (one baby), not twins or more.
- You do not have a history of late pregnancy miscarriage (in the second trimester) or a weak cervix (cervical insufficiency).
- You have no major uterine or cervix problems (such as abnormal shape) or past cervical surgery.
- You can join follow-up for the full study and are willing to sign informed consent. (Also, you generally can’t join another study in the last 90 days or use another investigational drug in the last 30 days.)
