- You have an abnormal growth (tumor/lesion) in the upper digestive tract larger than 10 mm
- The planned treatment area is limited to specific layers of tissue (mucosa/submucosa and/or muscle layer, depending on the procedure)
- You can understand the study and sign consent
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have a major bleeding tendency, and you can safely stop blood thinners around the time of the procedure if needed
