Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed or has spread, and it has HER2 changes (by blood/tumor testing)
- Standard treatment did not work or you couldn’t tolerate it, or there is no standard option
- Scans show at least one measurable tumor spot
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0–1)
- Your kidneys, liver, and other key organs are functioning adequately (per blood/medical tests)
- You can use an approved form of birth control during the study and agree to informed consent
