Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your cancer is advanced (has spread or cannot be removed by surgery) and you have already tried at least one standard treatment that didn't work.
- Your tumor has a protein called HER2 (this is checked on a biopsy or previous tumor sample).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
- You do not have serious health problems with your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or blood, or an active infection or autoimmune disease.
