  • You are either age 18–30 or age 65 or older
  • You have an internet-connected tablet, laptop, or computer with a working camera
  • You can read, write, and understand English
  • You have at least a 5 by 6 foot space at home where you can do exercise
  • You do not have a current diagnosis of dementia
