Who can take part

  • Be a parent of a child age 8 to 36 months
  • Your child is enrolled in, or eligible to enroll in, Early Head Start in Harrisburg, PA or Lehigh Valley, PA
  • You can take part in the parent program in either Spanish or English
  • You are fluent enough in the program language (Spanish or English)
  • If you are not fluent in the program language, you may not be able to join
