- Your child is enrolled in, or eligible to enroll in, Early Head Start in Harrisburg, PA or Lehigh Valley, PA
- You can take part in the parent program in either Spanish or English
- You are fluent enough in the program language (Spanish or English)
- If you are not fluent in the program language, you may not be able to join
