- You are over 18 years old

- Your blood counts and liver/kidney labs are in acceptable ranges (neutrophils > 1000/mm³, platelets > 100,000/mm³, and kidney/liver blood tests within limits)
- You can have study treatment based on scan/physical exam, and you can provide informed consent (and have the required social insurance coverage)
