  • You are between 18 and 44 years old
  • Your pregnancy is confirmed and is one baby (not twins or more)
  • You can read and speak English (the app is only in English)
  • Your doctor clears you to do exercise before joining
  • You have a smartphone and you plan to use the app
  • You receive prenatal care at Graves Gilbert Clinic or Women’s Health Specialists and plan to deliver at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY
