Who can take part
- You have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) confirmed by biopsy or cell testing
- Your pancreatic cancer is local/regional only, with no distant metastases on CT scans
- Your tumor has not had prior pancreatic cancer treatment (no prior chemo, prior abdominal radiation, or definitive surgery)
- You are able to participate and sign informed consent, and you can follow study visits and procedures
- You have adequate blood counts and organ function (including kidney function and enough white cells/platelets)
- You have no severe nerve damage (neuropathy must be grade 2 or less)
