Who can take part
- You are 20 to 40 years old and currently pregnant
- Your blood tests show active hepatitis B (HBsAg positive and HBeAg positive)
- Your HBV DNA level is higher than 200,000 IU/mL between weeks 24 and 32
- You are willing to take TAF to reduce mother-to-child transmission and you can get consent from both partners
- You do not have hepatitis C or HIV, or other major chronic illnesses
