Who can take part
- Be a man age 18 to 85 and sign informed consent
- Have bulbar urethral narrowing that is 3 cm or shorter
- Have needed at least one ureth dilation or urethrotomy in the last 24 months
- Be able to stop steroid (corticoid) or immune-suppressing medicines for about 1 month after the treatment, with doctor approval
- Have a BMI over 18 (so there’s enough body fat to collect for the treatment)
