Oncobax immune treatment for advanced lung and kidney cancers

Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You have stage IV non-squamous NSCLC or clear cell kidney (renal) cancer confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your lung cancer is currently stable disease on scan (iRECIST) and your tumor has high PD-L1 (greater than 50%).
  • Your overall health is good enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0–1).
  • Your stool test is negative for Akkermansia.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans and blood tests are within limits (hemoglobin ≥ 100 g/L, albumin > 35 g/L).
