  • You are an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife or a nurse
  • You work in a public birthing center (not a private facility)
  • Your birthing center had at least 10 births in the last year
  • You provide maternal and newborn (neonatal) health services
  • You are committed to ongoing maternal and newborn care in your role
  • You completed the first (online) training module
