Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- You have non-metastatic breast cancer or certain digestive cancers (anal, colorectal, gastric, esophageal, liver, or pancreatic)
- Your cancer has not spread (no metastases), and you are not currently in relapse
- You finished active cancer treatment (surgery/chemo/radiation) within the last 5 years
- You do not have a history of severe psychiatric disorders (like schizophrenia) or substance abuse
- Your selected symptom score is at least 4 out of 10 on a visual scale (0 to 10)
