First study of BA1202 for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You agree to sign the informed consent form approved by the ethics board and follow study rules
  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has progressed on standard treatment, or you can’t tolerate standard treatment, or there is no standard option
  • If you are in the colorectal, lung (non-small cell), pancreatic, or stomach cancer group, your tumor must have high CEACAM5 (at least 20% of tumor cells with IHC 2+ or 3+)
  • You have at least 1 scan-visible lesion that doctors can measure (for the eligible group) and you expect to live at least 3 months
  • Blood tests must meet key levels: low infection risk (neutrophils), enough platelets, and enough hemoglobin; and liver/kidney and blood clotting tests must be within allowed ranges
  • You must not have had certain cancer treatments too recently and must not have had prior CEA-targeting treatments
