Who can take part
- You had a colon polyp larger than 10 millimeters removed during colonoscopy
- The polyp removal method used was endoscopic removal (EPE, EMR, or ESD)
- You can sign consent for the study and for the colonoscopy plan
- You do not have a known inherited colon cancer syndrome (like FAP or HNPCC)
- You are able to have colonoscopy (no medical contraindication)
- You do not have severe, active inflammatory bowel disease or serious health problems that could prevent follow-up
