This study tests whether Protect Your Colon™ helps people stay up to date with colon cancer (CRC) screening. It may help you get reminders and guidance so screening happens when it should.

Who can take part
- Be between 45 and 75 years old
- You have never had CRC screening or are not up to date
- You are not considered high risk for CRC (for example, no inflammatory bowel disease, no colon polyps syndromes, and no strong family history of CRC)
- You have never been told you had colon polyps
- For some people in the online panel: you have a primary care appointment within 6 weeks and you have PPO insurance
