Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 35
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 29.9
  • You have regular monthly periods, not very infrequent or absent periods
  • You are not pregnant and not trying to become pregnant
  • You are not using contraception or any hormone medicines, and not taking other hormones
  • You are new to downhill running (not a trail or downhill runner) and weigh at least 110 lbs
