  • Be age 20 or older
  • Have lung, head and neck, or esophageal cancer
  • Be starting chemotherapy soon (before or after surgery) or having chemotherapy for cancer that returned or spread
  • Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 to 2, as your cancer team rates it)
  • Have your own smartphone and be able to use the app yourself
  • Agree to understand the study and participate
