Pianzumab plus AVD for newly diagnosed advanced Hodgkin lymphoma

Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (18+) and have good performance status (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your diagnosis is classic Hodgkin lymphoma confirmed by biopsy (not the other types).
  • Your lymphoma is advanced (Ann Arbor stage III–IV, or stage IIB) with at least one high-risk feature, such as a very large mediastinal/thorax mass or a mass bigger than 10 cm.
  • You have not had any prior whole-body (systemic) treatment for classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • You have measurable disease, and your main organs are strong enough for chemotherapy.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after; pregnancy test is negative before starting, and participants must not be breastfeeding.
