  • Child is in grades K through 5 (about ages 6–12)
  • Child attends a school where the study has permission to collect school classroom samples
  • You (parent/guardian) or a teacher can understand the study and give informed consent
  • You plan to keep your child in the same school for the next 12 months
  • You and your household can complete surveys in English or Spanish well enough to answer questions
  • You can safely do at-home nasal swab self-collection (or the study determines you can)
