Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can give informed consent
- You have pancreaticobiliary cancer, such as pancreatic cancer or cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer), and the tumor is over 20 mm on CT
- If you are in the two-scan part of the study, you must get the first and second scans with no cancer treatment in between
- If you have primary pancreatic cancer, you are eligible for neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) treatment and surgery planning may be involved
- You are able to have a PET/CT scan (about 90 minutes lying still), and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
