Who can take part
- You have confirmed invasive breast cancer and are female age 18–40 (or 41–45 if your hormones are negative).
- You are still not fully menopausal (pre-menopausal or perimenopausal).
- Your treatment plan includes at least 4 cycles of chemotherapy with paclitaxel or anthracyclines, plus ovarian-protecting medicine.
- In the last 3 months, you have not used any vaginal medicine (including creams, tablets, or other products).
- In the last 3 months, you have not taken anti-infection medicines (like antibiotics or antifungals).
- You do not currently have an active genital infection, and you can complete all follow-up visits as your doctors require.
